The Junior Company was established in 2020 and is under the direction of Dancers Principal, Joanne Bobrow, Tracey Mc Niven and Amber Jones.

The company at present consists of 12 dancers who have trained extensively in Ballet, Modern dancing and Flamenco.

The aims and objectives of forming the company is to promote young dancers from the ages of 13 to 25 giving them the experience and opportunity of working with esteemed teachers, choreographers and artists in the dance industry. We also aim to introduce them to the dynamics, behaviour and etiquette that are required in a professional company.

The dancers are accepted into the company only after an audition has been held by a panel of adjudicators and the directors. Auditions will be held once each year, where current members will be re-evaluated.

Current company members will be required to attend a personal interview/appraisal with the directors.
